fil de qualité par sa renommée...mais fil blanc sans aucune protection pour l'envoi ..du coup poussiéreux et manque de sérieux!

Für jeden der selbst näht kann ich nur empfehlen das beste Nähgarn zu nehmen. keine Abrisse , kein Ärger. Und dieses Nähgarn ist ein ganz gutes.

After a slight mix up with the initial order and receiving wrong colour of thread, the company immediately sent out a replacement and it was with me within 24hrs. They responded within the hour to my original e-mail about the incorrect product and I really couldn’t have asked for more in terms of a brilliant customer service. The product itself is perfect too and I now have a repaired pair of jeans that look as good as new! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The thread is a strong and of a good quality. My only issue is there is not a massive length of the thread. If you have a big project you might need more than one reel.I would use it again as the quality is brilliant.
