Li uso sia per correre, che per le mie lunghe camminate,a volte anche mentre faccio i mestieri a casa ,aiutano a sudare ed eliminare liquidi.Ottimo acquisto.

So, I accidentally ordered it a size too small - because of this, it's a little on the shorter end for me. Overall though it's very tight and I don't think that's only because of the incorrect size. Once I got into it, it was 'doing its job'. Be careful when putting it on, since you wont be able to readjust it once it's set on the skin. There is 0 air flow, meaning that it's basically completely stuck to your skin until you roll it off again. This is NOT a negative point - it's jus thow these kind of leggings/trousers work.It is indeed very hot underneath and you will sweat a bunch, I think my legs have never been this wet from sweat alone. After taking them of, they felt amazing.Honeslty I don't know if there are any long term benefits and medical articles online seem to be questioning their purpose as well, but I'll admit that I also didn't really buy them for that. I bought them for the experience, and they delivered.If you want to sweat a whole lot more than usual, this is a solid product.(the smell in the beginning is a little nasty though, make sure to get it out)

Corrispondono alla taglia e li sto indossando quando faccio esercizio fisico. Fanno sudare veramente tanto. Ottimo prodotto
